Corporate Packages/On-Site Massage Employees often go the extra mile or exceed expectations on a regular basis. Some are so critical to the business that keeping them happy and making them feel appreciated is essential to your business. Whether a large or small company there are times when employees work long hours, stay late, or forgo personal commitments in order to keep the business on track. On those occasions, massage presents a perfect reward. It's a way to show employees you care for their well-being - both physical and mental. It's a way for you to encourage top performers to take some time to re-center themselves after hard work. Although economic times are tough, HR groups point to research that says that employees who feel appreciated and that feel the company is invested in them more harder, are more productive, and exceed expectations. Massage is one way to keep employees engaged in the company. There are several options to consider. Purchasing gift certificates in bulk takes advantage of discounted rates due to the increased volume of sales. Employees can partake of full-body (draped) massage, massage where they remain clothed, or foot reflexology, where only the feet are massaged. They can schedule an office visit on their own time - or you can offer them to leave work a little early to make it to a session before they head home. If a big project is coming up and your employees will be working a weekend, why not have a massage therapist come on site do short, clothed sessions in a quiet room in the office? This shows employees that you've got their well-being in mind, and that you want to give a little something back to them for their dedication. If your team or company is planning a corporate retreat, we can also arrange to have a massage therapist come on site during the retreat to give a number of sessions to those participating in the retreat. For more information on the benefit of massage for retreats, see "Retreat Packages." Holiday gifts for your teams or employees are also a great way to show your appreciation to employees, and keep them happy and productive. Onsite massage - massage at your office - can either be funded by the company or the employee. General rates run $1 a minute for clothed sessions at your office location. These sessions can run from 10 to 30 minutes and can be done in an empty conference room or office. Some examples of options:
