Directions

From downtown Nashville:

• Take 65 South to
• Exit 74 B - Old Hickory Blvd West
• Get into one of the two left turn only lanes, and turn Left onto Franklin Rd.
• At Maryland Way (first stop light) take a right
• Go through 3 stoplights (the 3rd stoplight is Ward Circle - go THROUGH that stoplight).
• At the next place to turn left that's not at a light, take a left onto Ward Circle (it's between the Chapple Bldg and the Bank of America office building)
• Turn right into the third parking lot entrance - into Paddock I
• Mind and Body is the first office on the left after you go up the stairs

From Franklin:

• Take 65 N to
• Exit 74 B - Old Hickory Blvd West
