Retreat Packages Whether going on a retreat with your business or team, your religious community, or support group, any retreat is a good occasion for massage. As a way to start or complete the retreat, massage relaxes the body and the mind - something necessary for retreats. It can mark the transition from normal life into the special space that retreats are designed to create to enhance creativity, improve group relations and start the retreat off right. It can also gently ease the transition of going from the retreat and returning to the "real world." Retreats are designed to create a special space for the participants - whether a business or personal retreat. Massage forms an effective transition into that special space. For these kinds of packages, we can either receive payment from the group sponsoring the retreat or from the individuals signed up for massage sessions. Please call for rates and additional information (615-294-6672). Rates are influenced by the number of sessions and the distance from the Nashville metro area. Wedding Party Packages Weddings celebrate the gathering of two families into a community, they are often joyous celebrations of a large group of individuals. Given the amount of planning and coordination that occurs for these events, by the time the wedding rolls around, everyone involved in the planning and in the wedding itself may need a little time to relax before the big event. Massage can relax the mind and the body, and put a smile on everyone's face - even a nervous bride or groom! The parents of the wedding couple also may want to de-stress before the event or before family begins to arrive. Massage acts as an excellent means to enhance mood and reduce stress. The Wedding Party Package is custom for each wedding, and can include 45, 60 or 90-minute sessions for those involved. The sessions can be foot reflexology sessions or full-body sessions. They can be a combination of draped and clothed sessions (for those who are more modest). Generally, the massage sessions are scheduled back-to-back and happen in one location.
